This morning as i read the papers, several costings on te ddamage of Ondoy to hospitals and crops have already been estimated. But what is the use of costings if they are notproperly done to guide us on how to make our economy more resilient in the future? Assad Baunto, an economist working with World Bank nd the Asian Development Bank made his own computations of the real damage cost by Ondoy.
